PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
 
PUBLIC HEARING – Rezone request of Amedore Homes for a parcel located at 2969 Old State Road from R-30 to Townhouse (TH)
 
1.      Consider permanent appointment of Donald Csaposs to Grant Writer from Albany County Civil Service List.
 
2.      Consider joining with Guilderland School District in tax certiorari proceeding filed by 20 Mall at Guilderland, LLC, retaining law firm of Girvin & Ferlazzo, and sharing the fees associated with the proceeding 30% to the town and 70% to the school district.
 
3.      Consider retaining services of Barton & Loguidice, P.C. to complete Preliminary Storm Sewer Shed Mapping required pursuant to Phase II Storm Water MS4 requirements.
 
4.      Consider retaining services of Barton & Loguidice, P.C. to perform Dr. Shaw Road pedestrian and traffic calming feasibility study.
 
5.      Consider releasing escrow for Mill Hill Retirement Community pursuant to recommendation of Town Designated Engineer ($248.60 and $481.81).
 
6.      Approve Transfers submitted by Town Comptroller.
 
7.      Authorize Town Supervisor to obtain Requests for Proposal for telephone service.
 
8.      Authorize Supervisor to retain counsel and begin condemnation proceedings, if necessary, for parcel of land for re-construction of Stitt Road.
 
9.   Consider forwarding the application of Dutchman Acres to the Planning Board for Preliminary Site Plan Review.
