PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider request of Store Away at Guilderland, LLC to locate entry sign within right of way of Wagner Road. (Tabled from 1/20/2009)
2. Consider appointing Carly Staubach to the position of telecommunicator from the Albany County Civil Service List.
3. Consider appointing Carol Wysomski to the Board of Assessment and Review.
4. Consider adopting resolution authorizing the Supervisor to submit an application for a NYS Dept. of State Local Government Efficiency Grant.
5. Consider adopting resolution authorizing the Supervisor to submit an application for a grant to NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation for financial assistance for two Household Hazardous Waste Days.
6. Consider authorizing Superintendent of the Transfer Station to conduct two Household Hazardous Waste Days in 2009 (May 16, 2009 and September 19, 2009) and to participate in the Regional Electronics Waste Day (April 25, 2009).
7. Consider transfer as requested by Town Comptroller.
