Accept Minutes of December 16, 2008 and January 8, 2009
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider request of Store Away at Guilderland, LLC to locate entry sign within right of way of Wagner Road.
2. Consider setting public hearing date for re-submitted request of Dutchman Acres for proposed zoning change from RA-3 to Country Hamlet.
3. Consider authorizing release of Water District extension #66 escrow in the amount of $14,907.25 plus account closing interest.
4. Consider authorizing Department of Water and Wastewater Management to go to bid for various process chemicals for both water and sanitary sewage treatment for 2009.
5. Consider authorizing Department of Water and Wastewater Management to go to bid for a replacement pump panel for the Lydius Street Pump Station.
6. Consider transfer as requested by Town Comptroller.
7. Consider authorizing Supervisor to sign agreement with Western Turnpike Rescue Squad for billing of Advanced Life Support Services provided by Town.
8. Consider waiving building permit fees for premises at 28 Gipp Road due to damage sustained by fire.
9. Consider accepting sewer easement from 155 & 20 LLP at premises located at Route 20 and Route 155.
