PUBLIC HEARINGS:
7:30 PM – Local Law re: Glassworks Village Planned Unit Development
8:00 PM – 2009 Town Budget
- Consider retaining services of Robert Roche, Esq. at the rate of $165 per hour to advise the Ethics Board in their investigation and decision in a complaint made by Town Board members Mark Grimm and Warren Redlich.
- Consider rescinding approval of Assessor’s request to settle tax litigation matter entitled Walgreen’s against Assessor of the Town of Guilderland.
- Consider retaining legal services of the firm of Hacker and Murphy, LLP at the rate of $300 per hour to represent the Town and Assessor in the tax litigation matter of Walgreen’s against Assessor of the Town of Guilderland.
- Consider retaining Barry M. Herbold (Empire State Appraisal Consultants) to prepare a court certified appraisal of Walgreen’s real property at a cost of $5,500 and retain them for consulting, trial preparation and court testimony at the rate of $175 per hour.
- Consider authorizing the Supervisor to sign a Collector’s Warrant for the Guilderland Water District.
6 Consider approving transfers recommended by Town Comptroller’s Office.
