8:00 PM – Local Law Establishing Planned Unit Development, Route 20, Glassworks Village
1. Consider entering into an agreement with Delaware Engineering for the design, engineering and construction management of the McKownville Reservoir/Western Ave. storm water and park improvement project.
2. Consider entering into a betterment agreement with NYS Dept. of Transportation to fund a portion of the McKownville Reservoir/Western Avenue storm water improvement project.
3. Consider accepting sanitary sewer infrastructure and utility easement for Pedone Subdivision, Nott Road per recommendation of Town Designated Engineer.
4. Consider accepting the utilities, roads, sewer and water infrastructure for Coffee Drive, Random Acres Subdivision, Section 6, Phase 4C subject to a $23,000 escrow deposit per the recommendation of the Town Designated Engineer.
5. Consider entering into an agreement with Delaware Engineering for preparation of specifications for rehabilitation of District 3 wells.
6. Consider adopting resolution authorizing a notice of election to bring executive officers under the coverage of the New York Worker’s Compensation Law.
7. Consider authorizing the Supervisor to execute an Inter-municipal Agreement with the City of Albany for Solid Waste Management.
8. Consider setting public hearing for 2009 Town Budget on November 6, 2008 at 7:30 PM.
