1. Consider setting public hearing for October 21, 2008 at 7:30 PM in regard to sewer assessment roll pursuant to Section 202 of the Town Law.
2. Consider setting public hearing for October 21, 2008 at 7:45 PM in regard to sewer assessment roll pursuant to Section 202 (a) of the Town Law.
3. Consider setting public hearing for a local law establishing a Planned Unit Development for 57.55 acre parcel on south side of U.S Route 20 to be known as Glassworks Village.
4. Consider approving Collector’s Warrant for Guilderland Water District.
