PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider permanent appointment of Emanuel Shulman to the position of Technical First Sergeant pursuant to Albany County Civil Service List.
2. Consider awarding bids for surplus equipment to be sold by Department of Water and Wastewater Management.
3. Consider approving recommendation of Traffic Safety Committee to change from Yield sign to Stop sign at following intersections:
a. Walnut Lane at Garnett Lane
b. Highgate Drive at Walnut Lane
c. Highgate Drive at Sommerset
d. Covington Place at Sommerset
e. Sommerset Drive at Walnut Lane
f. Walnut Lane at Covington Place
4. Re-consider Town Board motion #164 and #172 of August 19, 2008 designating private lane off of County Line Road as Andy’s Way. Board received a request from owner of vacant land on private lane to name private lane as Almond Lane.
5. Consider increasing petty cash account in Receiver of Taxes Office from $200 to $300.
6. Consider approving Transfers submitted by Comptroller’s Office.
