1. Consider granting Village of Altamont a tax exemption from town tax for property used by village to supply public water (tax parcels 36.00-1-26, 48.00-2-17.4, 48.00-2-17.5) pursuant to Section 406(3) of the New York Real Property Tax Law.
2 Consider awarding bid for surplus 1996 ½ ton Dodge pickup and authorize Department of Water and Wastewater Management to re-bid sale of remaining surplus
equipment.
3. Consider ratifying agreement with CSEA Unit A.
4. Council members Grimm and Redlich’s agenda item to discuss property assessments, the assessment process and re-valuation of properties.
