1. Consider approving promotion of Lieutenant Curtis A. Cox to the position of Captain within the Police Department.
2. Consider authorizing Supervisor to submit a grant application pursuant to the Environmental Protection Fund to rehabilitate Guilderland Performing Arts Center facility.
3. Consider authorizing Supervisor to submit a grant application pursuant to the Transportation Enhancement Program for sidewalk construction on Carman Road between Coons/Fuller Station Road and Lydius Street.
4. Consider awarding bid on West End Water Looping and Extension project.
5. Consider entering into executive session in regard to the following:
a. Tax Certiorari settlements
b. CSEA Contract negotiations
