PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider adopting resolution approving Guilderland Water District No. 72 (Guilderland/Voorheesville Interconnect).
2. Consider authorizing release of escrow to developer of Essex Woods Subdivision upon payment of final bill for engineering services to Boswell Engineering.
3. Consider authorizing release of escrow to developer of Crimson Park Subdivision upon payment of final bill for engineering services to Boswell Engineering.
4. Consider whether town desires to enter into lease agreement with Clearwater LLC foe placement of wireless equipment on the Water District’s Westmere and Fort Hunter water towers.
5. Consider accepting bids for sale of used police equipment.
6. Consider adopting a resolution that the town will assume responsibility for snow and ice removal for sidewalks installed by County.
7. Consider waiving building permit fee for 3393 Carman Road due to damage sustained by fire.
