PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider adopting resolution declaring September as Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in the Town of Guilderland.
2. Consider approving extension of public water from Town of Princetown to three properties on West Old State Road to be constructed at expense of property owners.
3. Consider authorizing and retaining Delaware Engineering to perform groundwater evaluation in vicinity of Blackberry Estates and Curry Road Extension.
4. Consider adopting final order approving Water District Extension No. 73.
5. Accept with regret the resignation of Patrica Aikens from the Zoning Board of Appeals and consider appointing Allen F. Maikels to fill her unexpired term on said Board
6. Consider rejecting sole bid for chlorine as recommended by Department of Water and Wastewater Management.
7. Consider adopting resolution for grant funding of McKown Road sidewalk improvements.
8. Consider authorizing the submission of a grant proposal for Westmere Corrider Study from Fuller Road Alternate to Route 155 (New Karner Road).
9. Consider authorizing participation of the Town of Guilderland in a Shared Municipal Services Incentive Program for feasibility of developing a Health Insurance Consortium within Albany County.
10. Consider approving proposals for aerial mapping, surveying and subsurface investigation for Guilderland Water District No. 73.
11. Consider awarding bids for diesel fuel, heating oil and burner service as recommended by the Superintendent of Highways.
12. Consider authorizing release of escrow for Random Acres Subdivision, Section 6, Phases
3-5.
13. Consider re-appointment of Kevin Forbes as Chairman of the Board of Assessment and Review.
14. Consider re-appointment of Carol Wysomski as sole Assessor.
15. Consider approving the findings and recommendations of annual audit of Town court records and financial documents as prepared by Town Comptroller.
16. Consider whether town board desires to schedule public hearing on request of Brandon Quadrini to re-zone 6.2 acres of land at Ashford Drive from RO 40 to Multiple Residence.
