PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
1. Consider authorizing the commencement of an action on behalf of the town against the owner of 4379 Western Avenue for violations of the town code.
2. Consider awarding bid for transporting and disposal of Nott Rd. Treatment Plant sludge.
3. Consider authorizing warrant adjustment for water at 100 Arthur’s Place.
4. Consider approving out of district water connection from Town of Rotterdam to premises commonly known as 733 Countyline Road.
5. Consider authorizing Supervisor to go out to bid for site work and abutment construction for the Tawasentha foot bridge.
6. Consider awarding bid for sidewalk construction.
7. Consider adopting following resolutions in regard to Water District Extension 73, commonly known as West End Water District Extensions:
A. Negative declaration in conclusion of SEQRA process;
B. Resolution establishing Water District Extension no. 73, subject to permissive referendum;
C. Resolution for submission of an application for Water Supply Permit to NYS Dept. Of Environmental Conservation;
D. Bond Resolution for project
E. Resolution approving engineering agreement and authorizing Supervisor to sign such agreement.
8. Consider cancelling August 21, 2007 town board meeting.
