1. Consider permanent appointment of Daniel P. McNally as a Lieutenant in the Police Department in accordance with the Albany County Civil Service List.
2. Consider permanent appointment of Donald F. Jones as Sergeant in the Police Department in accordance with the Albany County Civil Service List.
3. Consider adopting resolution approving the issuance of certain civic facility revenue bonds by the Town of Guilderland Industrial Development Agency to finance a project for Wildwood Programs, Inc.
4. Consider request of Stuyvesant Plaza for an easement along Western Avenue for underground electric line.
5. Consider approving provisional appointment of Emanuel Shulman as Technical Police First Sergeant.
6. Consider authorizing a grant application for refurbishing and upgrading the Guilderland Performing Arts Center.
7. Consider entering into executive session in regard to personnel matters.
