Trustee of Trust Funds meeting 1/5/2017

Ken presented the document he has prepared for the Greenfield Annual Report. It was reviewed by all present. Ken will make the suggested changes and submit to Catherine Shaw.
Review of investments (both common funds and CRF) show gains for 2016. No change in investment strategy is recommended by Charter Trust at this time. However, since few expenditures are anticipated from the CRF’s this year, we will change our investment to 25% Money Market, and 75% bonds. This was unanimously approved by the TTF. Next semi annual meeting with Charter Trust is scheduled for 7/6/2017 at 1630 at the Greenfield Town Office building.
TTF is making preparations for compiling and submitting the MS9 and 10. We hope to be able to submit to Catherine Shaw by 1/25 in order to be included in annual report. MS 9 and 10 need to be submitted to state by 3/1/2017. We are awaiting a report from Charter Trust, and then will be able to begin this process.
We continue to work on procedures and Ken hopes to have 4 of them ready for the April meeting. Linda and Vicki will work on procedures for completing MS 9 and 10 as they are completing these forms.
Vicki is up for re-election and plans to file for office. Next meeting to be held 5/4/17 at 1630 at town office (Linda not available for April meeting)
