Trustees of Trust Funds Meeting Minutes
Meeting date: October 17, 2016 @ 4:32 p.m.
Attendees: Ken Paulsen, Vicki Norris, and Linda Nickerson
Meeting held to review funds and how investments are doing at Charter Trust. We are positive that the investments have done well and we have decided on the disbursements based on their month end October earnings as follows:
Cemetery Fund $1,500.00
Library Fund $200.00
Welfare Department $50.00
Ken will contact Charter Trust to get the above checks issued.
Our annual written report will be done by Ken this year.
Documented procedures for the MS9 & MS10 will be done by Vicki & Linda while preparing the 2016 reports.
The annual distributions from the town to the trustees should take place end of November early December based on the warrant articles. Ken will walk these funds to Charter Trust with estimated usage to determine best way for investing.
Our next meeting with Charter Trust will be held on January 5th @ 4:30 p.m. at the town offices with our 6 month presentation. Preparation is taking place prior to this meeting via review of the investments strategy policy for any potential changes if needed.
