Trustees of Trust Funds Meeting Minutes
Meeting date: May 12, 2016 @ 4:31 p.m.
Attendees: Ken Paulsen, Vicki Norris, and Linda Nickerson
The June 15th State training for Trustee of Trusts was discussed and Ken and Linda are planning on attending this year for ½ day training in Concord starting at 1:00 p.m.
Town audit results are not in yet.
Annual town reports from the year 1894 to present have been researched for any references to common funds being established. Pages that documented creation of these funds were copied and added to our Greenfield Trustee of Trust Funds binder.
Time capsule request from the library was discussed which goes along with Greenfield’s 225th Anniversary celebration, Linda will be working on getting our ideas in place before the deadline.
Review of monthly statements from Charter Trust was completed.
July meeting planned for update on interest through June as review test for where to retrieve come October for distributions.
Discussion for timeline for MS9 & MS10 discussed and agreed to have completed by end of January for submittal to Town.
Our next meeting was set with Charter Trust for July 21, 2016 @ 4:30 p.m.
Meeting was adjourned at 5:09 p.m.
