Trustees of Trust Funds Meeting Minutes
Meeting date: January 14, 2016 @ 4:42 p.m.
Attendees: Ken Paulsen, Vicki Norris, Linda Nickerson, and Bryan Sanford & Kim LaCoste from Charter Trust
Discussed the $30,000 upcoming for the Fire Truck Purchase mid February.
Bryan and Kim did our review of Common and Capital Reserve Funds. Given the downturn in the market, we are looking pretty good considering. They did a complete investment review with handouts which were user friendly for all to understand. We are looking forward to 2016 in hopes of higher returns.
Ken advised all that all the requests for funds to be removed or added went very smoothly and well within the 5 – 7 day turnaround promised. We are happy with the simplicity of these transactions.
Charter Trust will review the fee structure for our account and also provide a spreadsheet for ease in preparation of the MS9 & MS10 reporting. On a go forward, our account will be set up to produce this report so the need to have Kim prepare a separate spreadsheet won’t be necessary.
Our next meeting was set with Charter Trust for July 21, 2016 @ 4:30 p.m.
Meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
