Trustees of Trust Funds Meeting Minutes
Meeting date: November 17, 2015 @ 4:30 p.m.
Attendees: Ken Paulsen, Vicki Norris, and Linda Nickerson
CFR purchase was mentioned $30,000 for ladder truck for the fire department will need to be dispensed in January 2016. One question was brought up, where will the funds for the sale of the truck this will be replacing go?
We reviewed RSA Chapter 35:1 & 35:1-C Capital Reserve Funds.
Ken requested confirmation from Terry Knowles, Department of Attorney General who had forwarded on to Shelley Gerlameau, Department of Revenue Administration. We are currently awaiting a response. Since this, Ken received confirmation of our understanding of the above RSA’s.
We received copies of request to Selectperson to disburse funds to the Trustees of Trusts for warrant articles voted in 2015.
Checks will be made available out of the Trustee of Trusts funds for the following with a cutoff date of October 31, 2015:

Linda reviewed prior year trustee of trusts funds report for ideas and suggestions for 2015.
Ken will revisit with the selectpeople the warrant article for invoices to be paid out of the funds versus out of the general funds which was turned down last year by the selectpeople to ensure clarity on this subject.
Catherine Shaw mentioned a pre-audit coming in December as an FYI, Ken will make himself available if anything is needed from the Trustee of Trusts documentation.
