Trustees of Trust Funds Meeting Minutes
Meeting date: August 7, 2015 @ 4:32 p.m.
Attendees: Ken Paulsen, Vicki Norris, and Linda Nickerson
Meeting was set to go over our prior meeting with Charter Trust as Linda wasn’t able to attend. A change to the Capital Reserve Fund was requested to add to a higher interest yield fund which will be done right away. Charter Trust is taking a conservative approach with some ability to move a little quicker if the market reflects proper timing on our common funds.
Set up our next review of funds with Charter Trust for January 14, 2016 @ 4:30 p.m. to be held at Charter Trust office in Peterborough, NH for the six month interval.
Ken provided an overview of his findings regarding Capital Reserve Fund usage and prospective timeline for distribution given the facts that the fire department fund may be used to overhaul/repair the existing fleet rather than purchasing a newer truck.
Ken also went over the wording of amendments and warrants to be sure we all agreed on how each fund is to be maintained by the Trustees of Trusts so that we don’t distribute any funds without proper documentation for our files.
The 2014 MS9 forms were sent to the State without all pages and signature, Ken printed and we all signed for mailing out as soon as possible. We are still learning…..
Ken provided a timeline of events for the Greenfield Trustees of the Trust Funds so that we won’t miss anything on a go forward basis. Thanks Ken, we needed that and it will be good for the file for any new Trustees to follow.
