Trustees of Trust Funds Meeting Minutes
Meeting date: December 30, 2014 @ 6:30 p.m.
Attendees: Ken Paulsen, Vicki Norris and Linda Nickerson
We welcomed in the new Trustee, Linda Nickerson, thank you for volunteering.
Ken updated Linda on what we perceive the position to be within the Town and gave an overview of what we have accomplished so far since Ken and Vicki became Trustees.
Training was discussed for the upcoming year with the State and Charter Trust Company so we all could hopefully attend one or more during 2015.
Discussion was made regarding Prudent Man and Prudent Investor as we are considering some changes with how our funds are managed for 2015. We will make an appointment with another investor (RBC) in order to have more information to make an educated decision.
Ken wrote the trustee report for 2014 which we read and approved.
Vicki will meet/talk with Gil regarding a formula for annual payments to the Town for accumulated interest payable to the Welfare Department (Who, what, when and where).
Vicki will schedule a meeting with Peoples Bank officials regarding CD rollover options and advise all trustees of time and date for attendance.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:01 p.m.

Subsequent to meeting, Vicki spoke to bank representative and Monday Jan. 5th @ 4:15p.m. is fine. They don’t set up meetings however they feel this time will work fine.
