Trustees of Trust Funds Meeting Minutes
Meeting date: July 31, 2014 @ 9:00 a.m.
Attendees: Ken Paulsen and Vicki Norris
Two E-mails has been sent to the State regarding Sayles fund with no reply to date.
Review of policy for Trustees for Town of Greenfield has been reviewed and a possible change may be forthcoming. In an effort to increase the funds versus bank interest rates. With this a review of “Prudent Man vrs. Prudent Investor” will be required. More to follow as we learn what is available and warranted for Greenfield funds.
Both Ken and Vicki will seek an alternate Trustee of Trusts to fill the third position here in Town.
Extensive review was done on the McCanna and Belcher funds dating back to 1960 to solidify their origin without any documentation available in town records or minutes of the meetings. Note will be made in each new file being made for future trustees so the need to research again won’t be necessary.
Meeting was adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
Next meeting to be advised, none set at this time.
