Trustees of Trust Funds Meeting Minutes
Meeting date: May 1, 2014 @ 4:00 p.m.
Attendees: Trustees Ken Paulsen and Vicki Norris
Due to the resignation of Neal Brown from the Trustee of Trust funds, Ken called this meeting to discuss distribution of duties and appoint a chairman.
Ken Paulsen has been appointed Chairman at this time with a separation of duties that will be reviewed annually to ensure all members understand all aspects of what is needed to handle the Trusts appropriately in the towns best interests.
The Sportsman Club has a balance that will be reviewed to distribute elsewhere as the town of Greenfield no longer has an established Sportsman Club to use the funds. The State has regulations on distribution based on how the monies were originally appropriated so research needs to be done to determine if they can be used elsewhere and what the guidelines would be. Further information to follow as comes available.
Both Ken and Vicki are signed up to attend a Trustee of Trusts Funds Session for new trustees being held in Concord, NH on June 11th.
Next meeting to be held May 29th at 4:00 p.m.
Meeting was adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
