Selectboard’s Minutes
Tuesday, June 24, 2016 – 3:00 PM
Selectboard: Chairwoman Margaret A. Charig Bliss, Selectman Stephen Atherton Jr., Selectman Robert Marshall
Staff: Aaron Patt, Town Administrator; Andrew Wood, Greenfield Police Department
Public:
3:00 p.m. The meeting was opened by Chairwoman Charig Bliss.
3:00 PM: Non-Public Session
On a motion by the Chair and a second by Selectman Marshall the Board voted on a roll-call vote to enter into non-public session, 2-0, for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter under RSA 91-A:3 IIa. Selectman Atherton joined the non-public session after the vote.
At 4:52 pm the Board voted to exit non-public session and to seal the minutes. It was noted that Police Chief Giammarino will be taking some time off in the form of paid leave, and that Officer Andrew Wood will be the Acting Officer-in-Charge with a change of wage to $25.00 an hour for an indefinite time period.
Adjournment
The time being 4:52pm the Chair Charig Bliss moved to adjourn. Selectman Marshall seconded. All were in favor, and the motion carried 3-0.
The meeting adjourned at 4:52 PM.
The minutes are final when approved and signed by the Selectboard. A signed copy is on file in the Selectboard’s office.
