Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes
Thursday, March 13, 2014 – 4:30 PM
Board of Selectmen: Chairman Rob Wimpory, Selectwoman Karen Day, and Selectwoman Debra Davidson

The meeting was called to order at 4:30 PM by Chairman Wimpory.

§ Meeting House Rental – Family Function

4:30 PM: Documents for Approval/Review/Signature
At 4:30 PM the Chair opened the meeting. The Board reviewed and signed Payroll, the NH Retirement payment and rental contracts for the Meeting House and Oak Park. The Board welcomed Selectman-elect Margaret (Margo) Charig Bliss and congratulated her on her election to the Select Board. The Selectmen discussed the elections in brief. Selectman-elect Charig Bliss said that she was looking forward to serving the town as a Selectman. Chairman Wimpory said that he had enjoyed serving as a selectman and found the experience very rewarding. He said that he hoped that Selectman-elect Charig Bliss would enjoy the experience as much as he had.
5:30 PM: Selectmen move to Riverside Cafe
At 5:30 PM, as noted on the agenda, the Board moved to their scheduled dinner reservation at the Riverside Café to have dinner and honor outgoing Chairman Rob Wimpory in the last meeting of his tenure.
There were no discussions regarding Town business at dinner. No residents joined the session.
Adjournment
On a motion by Chairman Wimpory and a second by Selectwoman Davidson the Board voted to adjourn. The motion carried 3-0. The meeting adjourned at 7:18 PM.
The minutes are final when approved and signed by the Board of Selectmen. A signed copy is on file in the Selectmen’s office.
