The meeting was called to order at 4:30 PM by Chairman Wimpory.

4:30 pm:
At 4:30 pm the Selectmen Reviewed and signed A/P Invoices and A/P Checks, an Intent to Cut on R1-24, two petition warrant articles, a warrant article from the Cemetery Trustees, and received the MS-6 and Draft Town Warrant for review during the budget review session. In addition to the budget and warrant, the Selectmen reviewed a Fund Balance calculator presented by the Administrator that outlines the potential fund balance for 2014 based on previous fund balance in 2013 and the addition of extra revenues and savings from the operating budget.
5:00 pm: Budget MS-6 and Town Warrant review
At 5:00 pm the Selectmen began a review of the MS-6 Town Budget and the Draft Town Warrant. The Selectmen discussed the placement of the petition warrant articles, the warrant article wording for the Police Department budget, the third full-time office,r and the warrant article provided by the Cemetery Trustees for a wider buffer at R7-28 between the cemetery wall and the gravel excavation site.
The Board renumbered several of the warrant articles so that the petition warrant articles dealing with the excavation of municipal gravel on R7-28 come before the road reconstruction warrant article.
The Board approved the cover photo; taken by Ken Paulsen of the Meeting House Steeple after it was restored. The Board reviewed the dedication page and chose the individual for the dedication.
The Board reviewed the MS-6 and the report on fund balance for 2014. On a motion by the Chair and a second from Karen Day the Board voted unanimously 3-0 to sign the MS-6 and the Town Warrant. The Warrant was renumbered and finalized. The Town Warrant was reprinted and the Board signed the cover page.
At 6:12 pm the meeting was adjourned.
Adjournment
On a motion by Chairman Wimpory and a second by Selectwoman Davidson the Board voted to adjourn. The motion carried 3-0. The meeting adjourned at 6:12 PM.
The minutes are final when approved and signed by the Board of Selectmen. A signed copy is on file in the Selectmen’s office.
