Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes
Tuesday – July 19, 2011 – 8:30 pm
Present: Chairman, Aaron Kullgren, Selectwoman, Karen Day, Selectman Robert Wimpory

Subject: Vendor permit for Jim’s Jumbo Dogs at the Music on the Common event. Discussion followed. Action: Day will let Mr. Sullivan know that he needs a permit.
Day was not present for the first discussion but arrived shortly thereafter.
Subject: Matthews agreement with the Town. Discussion followed. Action: The AA was instructed to get the agreement signed and in place by Thursday, July 21st or Matthews can no longer work for the town. Payment should include the cost of the recent drug test.
Subject: Dock ladder. The AA informed the Board that the dock ladder disappeared from the storage area this winter so the Town needs to get another one. She asked if she could use her credit card to get one and be reimbursed by the Town. The Board instructed her to make an arrangement with the vendor whereby they will accept a check before shipping the ladder out.
Subject: Resignation – Debra Davidson submitted her written resignation to the Board as the Town Administrative Assistant. The Board accepted it with a unanimous vote of 3-0. Debra has taken a position in Francestown. She offered a two-week notice and the Board agreed to make July 29th her last day of employment.
Subject: Discussion of the Administrative Assistant’s position. The Board decided to do some research into salaries to see if an Administrator would be possible. Action: Day will do some research and report back to the Board.
