Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes
Thursday – May 5, 2011 – 5:30 pm
Present: Selectwoman, Karen Day; Chairman, Aaron Kullgren; Selectman, Robert Wimpory
Minutes: Administrative Assistant, Debra Davidson taking minutes.
Selectmen’s meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm.
Appointments:
5:30 – David Hall, Greenfield Corner Properties (GCP) – Septic & Parking Memorandum of Understanding was presented and signed by all parties. Mr. Hall and the Selectboard discussed the proposal of possibly increasing the usage of the wastewater system for the CGP. A public hearing will need to be scheduled increasing usage as well as the impact it will have on the users must take place before any decisions can be made.
A Public hearing will be scheduled for May 19, 2011 at 7:00 pm.
6:00 pm in accordance with RSA 91-A3 II(b) motion by Selectwoman Day to enter into a non-public session for the hiring of any person as a public employee. Seconded by Selectman Wimpory. Voted Affirmatively.
10:30 pm Selectwoman day motioned to enter out of the non-public session. Seconded by Selectman Wimpory & Kullgren. Voted Affirmatively 3-0.
Decision: To meet again in a non-public session on Monday, May 09, 2011 at 6:00 pm.
8:15 – Open Discussion was cancelled this week
The remaining agenda was tabled until Selectmen meet on Monday, May 09, 2011.
