6:15 pm in accordance with RSA 91-A:3 II (c) motion by Selectman Rainier to enter into a nonpublic session. Seconded by Selectmen Brooks & Dumas. Voted: Affirmative
6:30 pm motion by Selectman Rainier to enter out of the nonpublic session and to further seal the minutes. Seconded by Selectmen Brooks & Dumas. Voted: Affirmative
Decision: To provide a letter to the resident who requested information regarding recent unsolicited correspondence via e-mail from unsolicited address’.

· Letters – Kimberly Dorn of Lyris, Inc.- letter approving the renaming of “Hilltop Lane” to become “Plow Share Lane”. Lyris, Inc. has agreed to incur the expense of new signs.
Budget Items:
Cupola $50,000 to repair the damage to the cupola – discussion followed – will request more detailed estimate to allow for accurate bidding in the spring.
Parks & Rec. increased budget $1,243.00 for two new phone lines at Oak Park & installation of security system.
Salaries – Selectmen entered into non-public amongst themselves to discuss wage increases for employees.
Decision: Administrative Assistant & Chief of Police positions will receive 5.5% wage increases, others to receive 4.1% COLA. Discussion of paying bookkeeper position at least $15.00/hour took place.
With no further business, meeting adjourned at 8:15 pm. The next scheduled Selectmen’s Meeting will be Thursday, February 2, 2006 at 5:45 pm.
