On – going matters:
WW Hookups – Selectman Rainier reported that SCI was here earlier and pumped the chamber system, they also cemented the unit. They believe the plumbing connection is loose. SCI will be back in the spring to correct the problem. Discussion regarding the user fees followed – Administrative Assistant was instructed to discuss with Keith Pratt the possibility of utilizing either the retainage funds and/or utilizing the SCI bond for any additional fees that may occur and not to defer those fees to the users.
Building Code Issues –
· Lakeview Circle – Selectmen would like confirmation if Peter sent a letter to the resident who had the concern.
· Grants – Selectman Rainier encouraged the other Selectmen to review the recent Planning Board minutes.
Church Lease – No action was taken at this time

· Selectmen Rainier & Brooks discussed using the Land Use Change Tax as a mechanism for increasing the revenues for the Con Com. The would like some sort of a warrant article written – Utilizing a percentage of the tax is an option.
