Selectman Rainier discussed a conversation between Mr. Pelkey and himself.  Mr. Pelkey wanted to know why his hours were cut back to 30 from 40 hours in his proposed budget – he indicated to Selectman Rainier he couldn’t do his job in 30 hours.  There is more recycling in town than expected.  Selectman Brooks & Rainier discussed this – no decision was made at this time, the proposed budget will remain with 30 hours at the recycling center, 5 hours for the highway and 5 hours for the general government.  This can be discussed again with department heads & budget committee members.
With no further business, meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m. The next scheduled Selectmen’s Meeting will be Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at 5:45 pm to review the proposed lease from the church – no other Selectmen’s work or appointments will be addressed at this time.
