Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes
Thursday – June 23, 2005 – 5:45 pm
Present: Selectmen - Chairman, George Rainier; Selectman, William Brooks; Selectman, Conrad B. Dumas

On – going matters:
Waste Water Project – Selectman Rainier reported of a disintegrated corrugated pipe located between two buildings near this project. Bob Daigle, Underwood Engineer Inc. is looking into who is responsible for and should replace this pipe. Two fields have been laid out with pipe installed.
Septic System Operational Guidelines – Administrative Assistant contacted George Neil to review our DRAFT Guidelines, he was on vacation this week, and he will contact the office Monday to discuss this further.
Next week 6:15 Jim Cruthers, Waste Water Operator for the Town of Antrim will be here to interview with you about our position.

Mail - Review misc. incoming mail
· Letter from the State of NH DES, Selectmen did not discuss accepting recyclables, a letter will be sent next week reiterating this.
Dept. Head Mtg. – The next Dept. Head Mtg. will be scheduled for July 14th at 6:15pm
Budgets – Administrative Assistant will provide Selectmen with updated budgets next week
Paint from Crotched Mtn. – The information was given to Duffy – Frank would like 30 gallons of gray if it were available.
Church Lease – Selectmen would like to review the proposed lease before the meeting next week, a copy will be mailed to them.
7:00 pm. Motion by Selectman Rainier to enter into a Non-Public Session - RSA-91-A:3 II (a)
7:15 - Motion by Selectman Rainier to enter out of the non-public session and to further seal the minutes. Seconded by Dumas & Brooks. Voted: Rainier; “yes”; Brooks “yes”; Dumas “yes” – Voted affirmatively.
No decision was made
With no further business, meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm. Next scheduled Selectmen’s meeting will be Thursday June 23, 2005 at 5:45 pm.
