A public hearing (Case 2016-02) will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. for a Variance. A variance is requested from Article M Section II of the Zoning Ordinance to permit Construction of a house and driveway on a lot on a Class VI road.

Zoning Ordinance Section II, M: “Frontage” shall mean the contiguous length of the lot bordering on, and granting access from a Class V or better highway, as defined in New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated (RSA) 229:5, or a street shown on an official map, if any.
