A public hearing (Case 2015-02) will be held on May 13, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. for an Appeal from an Administrative Decision relating to the interpretation and enforcement of the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance by David A. and Marilynne C. Hedstrom.  

Decision to be reviewed:  The Planning Board’s decision of April 27, 2015 to accept the Site Plan Review application of the Owner, Michele Perron, Allrose Farm Country Weddings, 121 East Road, Greenfield, NH Tax Map R5, Lot 34-1.  This appeal is made pursuant to RSA 676:5 III.

Section III, E.6. of the Zoning Ordinance in question:  whether the owner’s proposed use and what is described as a “family-oriented destination wedding hotel,” is actually a hotel, as defined in Section II.N of the Zoning Ordinance, and therefore is a permissible land use in the General Residence District under the Zoning Ordinance
