NOTICE
The Town's assessing company, Avitar Associates of New England,
is visiting Greenfield properties to assess pick-ups for new construction and
to revisit properties under construction from previous years.
The assessor's name is Jon Rice.
He drives a white 2009 Honda CRV that says
Municipal Assessor on the side of the vehicle.
He may be here for approximately 2 weeks, starting 3/17/15.
