A public hearing (Case 2014-4) will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. at the Town Office, for an application by Michele Perron, 121 East Road, Greenfield NH for a Special Exception from Section VI.1 of the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant proposes to use the existing home and barn as a seasonal, family oriented destination wedding hotel. Because part of the site is nonconforming, it appears that Section VI (concerning nonconforming buildings) of the ordinance requires that the applicant seek a Special Exception because of the proposed change in use. The property is at 121 East Road, Greenfield, NH Tax Map, R5 Lot 34-1.
