The Town's assessing company, Avitar Associates of New England, is visiting Greenfield properties to assess pick-ups for new construction and
to revisit properties under construction from previous years.
The assessor's name is Evan Roberge, a young man in his 20's.
He drives a silver Jeep Wrangler that says
Municipal Assessor on the side of the vehicle.
He will be here for approximately 2 weeks, starting 3/13/12.
