NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Board of Selectmen
In accordance with RSA 31:5-b, the Greenfield Board of Selectmen will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 7:00 pm, at the Greenfield Town Office Building to discuss the need for a Special Town Meeting to be held on September 29, 2011.
The purpose of the Special Town Meeting is to ratify the procedurally defective action in the posting prior to the Town’s Regular Town Meeting held in March.
Anyone wishing to question or comment on this application should be present at the above time and place. Written testimony will be accepted provided it arrives at the Administrative Assistant’s office in the Greenfield Town Office Building prior to 3:00pm on the day of the public hearing.
