Cornwell Road/County Road Site Walk

Lacking a quorum, an official meeting could not take place. Members in attendance reviewed the proposed changes at both sites.
Others in attendance: David Crane, PSNH: Stephanie Kokol, property owner: Dan Sousa, property owner; Eric Taylor, contractor for Dan Sousa.
5:40 p.m.
David Crane led members on a review of the line extension from an existing pole on Cornwell Road to the Sousa property. Five poles will be added to extend the line. Mr. Crane explained what trees needed to be removed and brush cutting that would take place.
6:04 p.m. The site walk ended and the members went to County Road. No members of the public were in attendance at this portion of the sitewalk.
6:20 p.m. The site walk resumed on County Road. Mr. Crane explained trimming to be done around one pole where the branches were touching a line.
Further down the road, Mr. Crane explained the request from the DPW Supervisor that an existing pole, installed in 1947, be moved back off the edge of the traveled way since it interfered with snow removal. Noting standing water in the ditch, we discussed moving the pole back to higher ground a few feet away. Mr. Crane will explore that with his engineer.
6:30 p.m. The site walk ended.
