The meeting is called to order. MSteere reads minutes from July 27, 2009 meeting.
The following changes were made:
Line 33; insert “Camp” after Barbara C Harris.
Line 47, Change “Agricultural” to “Agriculture”
Like 70 change “report card” to “Master Plan report card and GMorris will discuss it with the select board.
Line 71; add at end of “review application” “for consideration for public hearing.
Line 71, change “discuss” to “reviews”
Line 72, Change “discusses a possible update to the PB notification” “Requested that the Select Board Rep propose to the Select Board that the town administration process notifications under the direction of the Recording Secretary”
Line 73 Change “Market and their discussions with the Griffing’s” to “Market and the Griffing’s are still negotiating the parking entrance”
Line 95, remove “(“
MSteere moves that minutes be accepted as amended, MBorden seconds, no discussion, all in favor, the motion passes.

- ZBA Notice of Hearing for ATT Wireless Facility on August 19, 2009 at 8:00 pm.
- Request from Select Board to attend meeting on August 13, 2009 at 6:30 pm regarding budget and spending freeze.

7:33pm Review of Open Space Ordinance
The Board entered into a lengthy discussion about the ordinance. The following are items they identified for possible changes from the discussion.
- Add “with a meaningful purpose” at the end of paragraph IX.
- It was suggested that a template be added to the document to assist applicants in determining the Net Developable Area in the Section IX.C.3.
- In Section IX.G.2 is was suggested that the second sentence have “subject to Site Plan Approval.” Added to the end of the sentence.
The Board will continue its review of the ordinance at their next meeting.
