Start of Meeting
Members present are Carrara, Fletcher, Steere, Mitchell, O’Connell. Carol Ogilvie is also present. Steere is designated for Borden and Mitchell is designated for Morris.
Carrara will be resigning from the Board on September 23, 2008.
Mitchell OSD
John Gryval, ZBA Chairman addresses the Board. There was no note or comment by the Board on the special exception request for the road for Mitchell. The Board did discuss the special exception for the road on July 28, 2008 and will review the information and provide a comment to the ZBA at the next regular meeting on August 25, 2008.
Delay’s Store Parking Lot
Carrara notes that Hopkins is still trying to get in touch with the new owners of DeLay’s to meet with them to discuss the parking lot.
Copies of the draft revised Subdivision Regulations are provided to the Board members.
The Board reviews the draft revised Subdivision Regulations to ensure all previously noted changes have been made. The Board has noted some additional changes that need to be made. Carol Ogilvie will incorporate the changes as well as adding in Appendix diagrams from the current version.
The Board reviews the draft revised Driveway Regulations.
Carol discusses that the changes will need to be re-posted after the hearing on Monday August 25, 2008, where explanations will be provided and an opportunity for public comment. The final revisions will then be posted and a vote will take place at an additional public hearing. The hearing cannot be continued and another hearing for a vote must take place. The second public hearing is tentatively scheduled for September 22, 2008 for the revised Subdivision and revised Driveway Regulations.
Steere moves the Board adjourn, Fletcher seconds, all were in favor, the meeting is adjourned.
