Minutes of the 10/23/04 Site Walk with Alan Stevens
The site walk began at 8:00 a.m. with Planning Board members Cernota, Marshall, and Rainier and alternate members Carrara and Pennoyer present. Conservation Commission members Brown, Day and Lessard were also present.
Alan Stevens was present. He is considering subdividing land on New Boston Road into 9 lots. One of these lots will be conservation land which he is considering deeding to Sheldon Pennoyer to be covered by an easement to the Monadnock Conservancy. He has spoken with Duffy Fox about driveway cuts. Mr. Stevens also has test pit data for each proposed building lot.
It was decided to walk up the road and look at each lot, then come back through the conservation area. On each lot Mr. Stevens showed where the test pits were, where an acceptable area was for a building envelope, and where the wetlands were located.
Mr. Stevens is planning to come in for another Preliminary Conceptual Consultation when he has plans drawn up with the proper information. He hopes to ask for a subdivision hearing in February if possible.
The site walk ended at 11:00 a.m.
