Members Present:

7:00 pm. The meeting opened
Discussion began regarding the Charter for the EDAC.
It was decided that the committee would not make any decisions other than those regarding the Charter until a Charter is accepted by the committee.
8:20 Discussion ended regarding the Charter. An initial draft was accepted. PRenaud will type up and distribute to members.
Discussion followed regarding broadband access for the town of Greenfield, budgeting for the EDAC, and membership rules including alternate participation.
