Meeting began at 7:30 p.m.
· Roadside Roundup. The Planning Board will again provide ice cream and toppings. After the ice cream is served, the Planning Board will make a presentation about its upcoming activities regarding the Village Initiative and to seek volunteers for a citizen advisory committee. The discussion then turned to how the hall would be cleaned up so that the Woman’s Club members don’t have to stay around for the Planning Board presentation if they want leave. The date of the envelope stuffing party was confirmed for April 17th at the library.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
