Attended: Carol Irvin, Chair; Neal Brown, Karen Day
Meeting began at 7:30 p.m.
· Forest Management Plan. The Select Board is in discussions with Karla regarding forest management plans for the town-owned lot next to the cemetery and the lot on Cavendar Road. The Board was still waiting for information from Karla.
· Roadside Roundup. The Meeting House isn’t available on April 26th so the Commission called the Woman’s Club to discuss the possibility of having the Roadside Roundup on Sunday, April 27th. They agreed to that day and Karen had also checked in with Carol at the Recycling Center to determine whether she would be willing to open up on the Recycling Center that Sunday. She is willing. The discussion then turned to general logistics for the bags and flyers, which Karen will handle, and the gift certificates and envelop stuffing party, which Neal will handle.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
