Conservation Commission Minutes

Attending: Carol Irvin, Karen Day, Neal Brown
Blueberry Jamboree: The Commission confirmed with the planning committee that we needed to supply our own table. Neal offered to bring a table that he owns. He will also bring the blueberry bushes on the morning of the Jamboree. Carol will bring the map, banner, the mason jar, and the dishes for the raffle. Karen will bring the canopy, the sandwich board, and will look for the price sign. Karen will also make a sign for the raffle.
Discussion of groundwater protection plan that was sent to us by Bob Marshall. We will look at it to see if we think there are any changes we think should be made. Bob also asked what our needs are upstairs such as filing or display areas. We talked about a new complete set of maps with overlays to share with the planning board. He is also very interested getting the room in shape to be used.
We went over the mail and adjourned at 8:50 pm
