Attended:       Carol Irvin, Chair; Karen Day, Colleen O’Connell (volunteer)
1.      Discussed remaining details of the Roadside Roundup.

2.      Discussed progress on the Natural Resource Inventory (NRI).  Karen is scanning the Hancock NRI.  Carol is identifying town organizations to present the proposed parcel rating system (Historical Society, Trails Association, Sportsmen Club, Woman’s Club).  Commission members will continue this work.

3.      Discussed status of parcel for sale off of Old Mountain Road and its conservation value.

4.      Discussed status of conservation easement under consideration on East Road.

5.      Discussed the Monadnock Conservancy’s request for financial support of their conservation easement activities in Greenfield.  
a.      Action Taken:  Followup with the Conservancy for lists of the parcels in Greenfield that the Conservancy holds a conservation easement and the amount of land these easements represent.  In addition, ask the Conservancy to provide typical costs for conservation easements.

6.      Discussed Open Space project in Northwest Greenfield.  The idea pursued in the early Spring appears to not be producing the desired results.
a.      Action Taken:  Decided to start the process of developing a new strategy.

7.      Discussed logistics for Blueberry Jamboree.

8.      Discussed need to attract new members to the ConCom.
a.      Action Taken:  Will place an advertisement in the next Spirit.
