Minutes For April 16, 2003
Attendee’s: Karen Day, Roger Lessard, David Voymas, and Karla Allen
Seigar Easement: Tom Mullins the legal representative for the Seigar’s attended the
meeting to explain the easement’s logistics. All attendee’s were given a
copy of the proposed easement for review prior to May’s meeting.
Smart Growth: Karen Day and Roger Lessard attended the Planning Board’s April
meeting on Smart Growth. They gave the commission a review of the meeting and what the planning board is asking from the Con.Com .on the Open Space Plan. Karen has gone on line and downloaded some
sample plans such as Hanover’s (who won an award for their plan). A lot of the information needed for the Open Space Plan is the same as the NRI information.
Maps: Southwest Planning and Catherine will be meeting to go over the delay
and payment issue regarding the town maps. Both the NRI and Open Space plans are at a stand still until we have some maps to work with.
New Easements: Carl and Patricia Ingelstrom 15acres
Edward Kelley 64.04 acres then sold to Carl and Patricia Ingelstrom
Greenfield Town Property:
This year Karla Allen will complete a management plan for the George Proctor parcel. It has also been suggested to get the rest of the town conservation land under easement.
