Board of Cemetery Trustees
Minutes
DATE: ~Thursday, Dec. 10, 2015 4:00 p.m.
LOCATION: ~Town Office Building
PRESENT: ~ Gil Bliss, Margaret A. Charig Bliss, Lee LeBlanc, special cemetery assistant Carl Young.
The Board:
- VOTED to accept donations for the cemetery fence project totaling $7447, which includes money donated in 2014 as well as 2015.
- VOTED to return any unspent funds to the anonymous donor who contributed the bulk of the funds. It was reported that all bills have been paid, leaving a balance of $896.
- REPORTED that veterans flags have been removed from the Meetinghouse Cemetery by the local Boy Scout troop and they will do Greenvale on an upcoming weekend. The Greenvale Cemetery has been cleaned up and is ready for closure at the first snow.
- Being no other business, the board ADJOURNED at 4:15 p.m.
