In accordance with Section 2 of the Rules of Council, a Special Meeting of the Gorham Town Council is hereby called by Chairman Michael Phinney to be held in the library at Gorham High School on March 7, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. to go into executive session pursuant to Title 1, M.R.S.A., Section 405 (6)(A) to conduct the yearly evaluation of the Town Manager.
