PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the Glenville Municipal Center, 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, NY 12302-4518 on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 7 p.m. to hear all persons interested in the following applications as provided for by the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Glenville.
- Todd Bush, Pig ‘n Whistle Restaurant, 654 Saratoga Road, Burnt Hills, NY 12027 for an Appeal to the Building Inspector’s Decision/Interpretation regarding the classification of the property as a Nightclub. The property is located in the Community Business Zoning District and identified on tax map: 10.17-7-14.1
- Darren R. LaBombard, 21 Paradowski Road, Glenville, NY 12302 for 2 Area Variances associated with an application to construct a 24’ x 26’ detached garage. The property is located in the Suburban Residential Zoning District and identified on tax map: 16.5-1-3
270-3: An accessory structure must be located a minimum of 10’ from the principal dwelling. The structure is proposed to be located 7’ from the dwelling, therefore the applicant is seeking a 3’ variance.
270-9,G,2: A garage must be located a minimum of 10’ from the side/rear property line. The structure is proposed to be located 9’ to the side lot line at its closest point, therefore the applicant is seeking a 1’ side setback variance.
